Join KeyMe Locksmiths as a Field Sales Manager (Automotive Keys). You’ll operate your own mobile service van, build customer relationships, drive results, and represent a growing, innovative brand while cutting and programming automotive keys on the spot.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and manage a fully equipped mobile service van.
  • Travel to retail partner locations and engage with customers.
  • Cut, duplicate, and program automotive keys, fobs, and remotes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and solve problems quickly.
  • Manage inventory, sales, and customer support using company technology.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional mobile workspace.
  • Track performance and work toward daily goals.
  • Represent KeyMe as a dependable, skilled, customer-focused professional.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience cutting/programming automotive keys or familiarity with automotive or locksmith services.
  • Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
  • Interested in developing leadership skills and taking ownership.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and engaging directly with customers.
  • Available to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays. Schedule and days off may vary based on business needs.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Able to travel to different worksites
